Attorney Michael A. Flexsenhar, Jr. specializes in family law, juvenile court, divorce, child support and family law mediation services. He has over thirty years of experience in the areas of family law and juvenile matters including matters heard in Juvenile Court such as child support and visitation matters, establishing parentage and other issues.
Mike is a 1983 graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law and has been an active member of the Memphis Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association since 1983. Mike is a former Staff Attorney at the Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County serving Judge Kenneth A. Turner and is a former Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Mike’s work in the area of Juvenile court matters including child support, child custody (or parenting plans), establishment of parentage and other issues is a primary focus of his practice. He is widely regarded and well-known within the Shelby County Juvenile Courts as a disciplined, fair and professional attorney and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem representative for children in required Juvenile Court cases in compliance with federal and state laws and Juvenile Court policy and procedure. He also assists parents through the divorce process including the creation of parenting plans in compliance with Tennessee state law.
